    Peperomia clusiifolia, also known as Red Edge Peperomia, is an upright, evergreen succulent perennial that reaches about 30cm tall, commonly grown as an indoor plant. Its rounded, glossy dark green leaves are edged with a striking fine, dark red border. In spring and summer, it produces very narrow greenish-white flower spikes.

  • Care guide:

    Light:
    Prefers bright, indirect sunlight. It can tolerate some direct sunlight, which enhances the red edge on the leaves, but avoid harsh, direct afternoon sun to prevent leaf scorch.
    Watering:
    Allow the top inch of soil to dry out between waterings. Water thoroughly when the soil is dry, but do not let the plant sit in water to prevent root rot. Reduce watering in winter.
    Soil:
    Use well-draining, airy soil such as a cactus or succulent mix. You can also mix regular potting soil with sand or perlite to improve drainage.
