We love the Ficus Tineke for its striking watercolour variegation and rapid growth. To keep your Rubber Plant happy give it plenty of direct sunlight or bright shade and water it thoroughly as soon as the soil is dry throughout.

"Shedding leaves?
The most common cause of Ficus shedding leaves is cold drafts. Try to move it away from the path of the draft to hopefully stop the leaf loss. If drafts aren’t the cause then make sure it's getting plenty of bright direct sunlight."
