    Also known as Ceropegia Woodii, String of Hearts is one of the most charming trailing plants around. This native to South Africa succulent-like plant has adorable heart-shaped leaves and is very easy to care for. Make sure to let the soil dry fully between watering and place it on a bright shelf or in a hanging pot, but protect it from direct sun. Truly a fast grower when cared for properly.

    String of Hearts can tolerate slightly lower light but they’ll grow leaves much further apart on their stems as they search for light, be sure to keep it in nice bright indirect light to be rewarded with full stems."
