Also known as Ceropegia Woodii, String of Hearts is one of the most charming trailing plants around. This native to South Africa succulent-like plant has adorable heart-shaped leaves and is very easy to care for. Make sure to let the soil dry fully between watering and place it on a bright shelf or in a hanging pot, but protect it from direct sun. Truly a fast grower when cared for properly.
