Light:
To keep its stunning variegated patterns distinct and bright, place this plant in bright, indirect sunlight. Avoid harsh, direct sun which can easily scorch the lighter, creamy patches of the leaves, but keep it away from low light to prevent the variegation from reverting to solid green.
Water:
Maintain a consistent watering routine, keeping the soil evenly moist but never waterlogged. Wait until the top inch or two of soil has dried out before watering thoroughly, and always use room-temperature, filtered water or rainwater to avoid mineral burn on the roots.
Soil:
A loose, incredibly chunky, and fast-draining aroid mix is essential to prevent root rot. Combine a standard potting base with a generous amount of orchid bark, perlite, and coco coir to ensure excellent aeration and drainage.
Tips:
This tropical beauty requires high humidity, ideally above 60%, to prevent the leaf edges from turning crisp and brown. Keep the plant in a warm environment away from cold windows or air conditioning drafts, and wipe the glossy leaves down with a damp cloth to maximize photosynthesis.
