An unequivocal classic, Fiddle Leaf Fig is the perfect architectural plant for a sunny room. Best kept in a bright spot and watered only when the soil is mostly dry, Fiddle Leaf Figs are relatively low maintenance and highly rewarding plants. Keep it away from cold drafts and preferably in a humid spot to keep it looking its best.
The most common cause of Ficus Lyrata shedding leaves is cold drafts. Try to move it away from the path of the draft to hopefully stop the leaf loss. If drafts aren’t the cause then make sure your Fiddle Leaf is getting plenty of bright direct sunlight.
